The All Dance Leaders School trains members of All Dance International, based on the principles and growth methodologies that govern the art of dance. Members who successfully meet and fulfill the admission processes and the requirements established by the organization may join the All Dance Leaders School. These members will be trained, qualified, and certified in accordance with the values, principles, and codes that uphold our institutional mission and vision to become part of the Leaders School.<\/p>

5.1 NATIONAL DIRECTORS OR FRANCHISEES OF ALL DANCE<\/div><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t

The National Directors or Franchisees of All Dance International are leaders committed to the development and promotion of the dance industry in their respective territories, operating under the principles and guidelines of All Dance.<\/p>

They hold exclusive rights to organize and produce the official dance championships in their countries, known as the All Dance Nationals Qualifiers. These championships serve as platforms to select and award passes to the official international championships: All Dance World, All Dance Intercontinental, All Dance Continental, All Dance Regionals, and All Dance Beach.<\/p>

AllDancers Executives are professionals trained, qualified, and certified as members of the Leader School. They stand out for their positive, proactive, and optimistic attitude. Their primary role is to advise and provide personalized support to choreographers, directors, dancers, and parents during the registration and participation process in dance championships worldwide.<\/p>

5.3 DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE<\/div><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t

The Disciplinary Committee is responsible for ensuring compliance with the principles, codes, and regulations of All Dance International. Its main duty is to rigorously analyze and investigate complaints or claims submitted by any member, ensuring fair resolutions aligned with the duties and prohibitions established in the specific regulations for each member, as well as in the organization\u2019s Organic Code.<\/p>

To manage cases appropriately, the Disciplinary Committee can operate at a national or global level, depending on the nature and scope of the situation to be resolved.<\/p>

5.4 ALL DANCE INTERNATIONAL JUDGES<\/div><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t

The judges of All Dance International are distinguished teachers with extensive artistic experience, selected for their valuable contributions to the global development of dance. They are trained, qualified, and certified as members of the Leader School under the ethical standards, principles, and criteria outlined in the Organic Code of All Dance International, which define the excellence of our organization.<\/p>

The categories of judges include: Technical Director, Technical Supervisor, All Dance Jurors, Multidisciplinary Dance Judges, Specialist Judges, Technical Assistants, and Advisors.<\/p>

Ethical Standards and Transparency<\/p>

To ensure impartiality and transparency in the championships, All Dance International judges are prohibited from evaluating choreography in the following circumstances:<\/p>

  • If they have active students participating.<\/li>
  • If choreography authored or composed by them is presented.<\/li>
  • If family members up to the second degree of consanguinity are competing.<\/li>
  • If they have taught classes or workshops at participating schools within three weeks prior to the championship.<\/li><\/ul>

    The AllDancers Staff is composed of dedicated individuals who work directly with the organization. They are trained, qualified, and certified by the All Dance Leader School. Staff members are recognized for their positive, proactive, and optimistic attitude in fulfilling their responsibilities.<\/p>

    Each staff member undergoes rigorous training on logistical processes and the specific duties of their role, ensuring efficient performance aligned with the principles and Codes of All Dance International.
