ART.18 CHAMPIONSHIPS

The official championships of All Dance International represent the global gathering of all dance disciplines, bringing together professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and dance schools from each nation. All championships are governed by the principles of All Dance International and aim to promote talent, inclusion, and artistic excellence worldwide.

ART.19 ALL DANCE WORLD

This is the Official Championship of All Dances in the World that brings together the best exponents of all dances globally. The World Dance summons the most outstanding representatives of each nation, who have obtained their classification through the All Dance National Qualifier championships. In All Dance World, official titles and awards are granted that celebrate dance excellence worldwide.

ART.20 ALL DANCE INTERCONTINENTAL

This is the Official Dance Championship in its Intercontinental edition, selecting as venues different continents to promote and strengthen dance in the regions of America, Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Africa. Here, the most outstanding exponents of each nation gather, who have obtained their classification through the All Dance National Qualifier championships. In All Dance Intercontinental, official titles and awards are granted that recognize dance excellence at the intercontinental level.

ART. 21 ALL DANCE CONTINENTAL

This is the Official Dance Championship held on each continent: All Dance America, All Dance Europe, All Dance Asia, All Dance Oceania, and All Dance Africa; it gathers the most outstanding exponents of each nation within the continent, who obtained their classification through the All Dance National Qualifier championships.

In All Dance Continental, official titles and awards are granted that recognize dance excellence at the continental level.

ART.22 ALL DANCE REGIONALS

These are the official dance championships organized in various regions of each continent to promote, develop, and boost the dance industry, encouraging the participation of dancers, choreographers, and academies in a competitive environment that celebrates diversity of styles and talents. All Dance Regionals provides a strategic platform to discover and highlight the artistic potential of each region, selecting different countries as venues, giving participants the opportunity to improve their skills, establish connections within the industry, and represent their communities and regions. The Regional Championships are: All Dance South America and All Dance Central America and the Caribbean.

In All Dance Regionals, official titles and awards are granted that recognize dance excellence at the Regional level.

ART.23 ALL DANCE BEACH

This is the Official World Dance Championship that combines the passion for art with the magic of the beach environment. It offers a unique experience where dancers, choreographers, directors, and dance lovers immerse themselves in a setting of sun, beach, and relaxation, while enjoying a high-level championship and activities designed for artistic and personal growth.

In Dance Beach, an International Festival will also be held, where delegations can present choreographies that represent the cultural essence of their countries of origin. This festival will be a showcase to expose artistic richness and cultural diversity, strengthening ties between communities and celebrating dance as a universal language.

All Dance Beach is positioned as the perfect space to balance competitive effort with the enjoyment of a coastal paradise, making every moment an unforgettable experience.

ART.24 ALL DANCE NATIONALS

These are the only official dance championships with a national level call, designed to select the best exponents who will represent their country in the finals:

  • All Dance World: TOP 3,
  • All Dance Intercontinental: TOP 5,
  • All Dance Continental: TOP 5,
  • All Dance Regionals: TOP 5,
  • All Dance Beach: DIRECT PASS

These selective are held face-to-face, online, or hybrid formats in each territory, giving participants the opportunity to obtain their pass to the international finals.

ART.25 GENERALITIES OF THE CHAMPIONSHIPS

IMPORTANT:
    • The passes, prizes and scholarships are not transferable and are valid during the season obtained.
    • If there is not All Dance Qualifier championship in your country, the organization reserves the right to grant a pass, invitation or classify dance schools and dancers.
    • Within the competition season (qualifiers and finals), the dancer can only compete and represent the same academy with the same modalities registered in All Dance and By All Dance championships of that season, this applies to national and international championships. The exception will be made if there exists an authorization from the previous academy to allow the dancer’s participation with the same modalities representing another academy. In the case of being different modalities, the dancer will be able to participate in different schools within the competition season.
    • Enrollment in final championships must be representing the dance school with which the pass was obtained, in the exclusive case that the dance school will not participate, the dancer may only enroll as an independent dancer.
    • During the competition season, the dancer may participate with a different academy in the only case that his/her previous academy has closed.
    • In the final international championships, only the choreographies classified in the national qualifying championships may be presented. Modifications may be made to the classified choreographies according to the observations or suggestions of the judges of the national qualifier’s championships.
    • In the final international championships, up to 25% of the dancers in the delegation may be REPLACED
    • Each dancer in the New Alldancers level will be allowed to register a maximum of 3 choreographies in the solo, duo, and trio subdivisions, of which a maximum of 1 choreography may be registered in the solo subdivision.
    • Each dancer at the Student, Pre-professional, Professional, Open-student, and Open-pro levels will be allowed to register a maximum of 5 choreographies in the solo, duo, or trio subdivisions, of which a maximum of 3 choreographies may be registered in the solo subdivision.
    • Dance schools will have assigned time to confirm their participation in the international final championships they have qualified for. If the school does not confirm their participation within the stipulated date through the reservation payment, their spot will be reassigned to the next group in the corresponding TOP.

ART.26 REGISTRATION AND LEGALIZATION PROCESS

To begin your enrollment process, you will need to:

  • Have the invitation letter granted by All Dance International

ALL DANCE NATIONALS QUALIFIER: The registration process will be carried out exclusively by the director and representative of the institution or team, in case of independent dancers it will be the independent dancer or the legal guardian in case of underage students, who will fill the registration form.

INTERNATIONAL FINALS OF ALL DANCE INTERNATIONAL:

The registration process will be carried out exclusively by the

All Dance International local or national representative (director).

NOTE: If the country does not have a local or national All Dance International representative, the competitors and institution may request the registration process at the main office or by e-mail info@alldanceinternational.com

All participants must be citizens or residents of the country they wish to represent. Request legalization of residence by nationality with the documents that certify it.

THE PARTICIPANT MUST DEMONSTRATE A MINIMUM RESIDENCY OF 6 MONTHS IN THE CORRESPONDING TERRITORY.

The dance school must carry out the legalization with the organizer of the Championship

and / or Director of the Local All Dance International within the dates established by the organization.

Is required:

  1. Be a Member
  2. Complete registration forms.
  3. Copy of proof of total payment.
  4. Submit music tracks.
  5. Any other documentation requested by the Championship organization.

IMPORTANT:

Late registration (45 days before the championship), the organization will carry out administrative sanctions for late registrations (only up to 30 days before the championship).
 

The organization does not return payments under any circumstances.

The Organization will proceed to assign the choreographies in the competition program only upon full and/or advanced payment of the registration fees, complying with the established payment deadline. Refunds will not be made in case of NO SHOW.

All Dance International will send a welcome/entry letter, a document that will have detailed information about your participation and the day of the Championship (Championship Areas, schedules, souvenirs, penalties, etc.).

If you have not received this letter, you should immediately contact your organizer and / or All Dance International Local Director.

The Organization will proceed to assign the choreographies in the competition program only upon full and/or advanced payment of the registration fees, complying with the established payment deadline. Refunds will not be made in case of NO SHOW.

ART.27 METHODS OF EXECUTION

They are the development methods of the championship that will be defined according to the production conditions, they can be face-to-face, hybrid or live / online.

Its logistics development is in person within the official venue of the championship, this involves participants in general, public and staff.

The organization will have 4 multidisciplinary All Dance juries obligatorily in person and reserves the right to have specialist juries of modalities that will be able to judge in person or live online.

Important: Face-to-face championship could be suspended to become a Hybrid development championship by:

  • Government bans
  • Natural disasters
  • Border closure

Its logistics development is face-to-face and online, the dancers must be present at the official venue of the championship in accordance with the schedule or ready to transmit online if previously approved.

The organization will have a private platform and the necessary logistics to transmit the performances on the stage of the championship headquarters to the public live anywhere in the world, thus it will also be prepared to transmit in real time staging for extraordinary cases their virtual performance that will be transmitted on a giant screen at the championship venue.

  • The organization will have 4 multidisciplinary All Dance juries obligatorily in person and specialist juries of modalities that will be able to judge in person or online.
  • Participants must meet the technological requirements requested by the organization.
  • Dancers will be allowed online and will be broadcast live when they have a major impediment, such as in the following cases: Closing of national or international borders, government impediment, denial of visas or other factors that prevent their participation. The organization is not responsible for technological factors of the participant, such as: Internet, device, space and electrical energy (it is the responsibility of the participant).
  • Delivery of prizes and special awards. At the discretion of the organizer, the delivery of prizes and special awards will be coordinated with the participant

Important: The form of a Hybrid championship could be suspended to become a Live development championship by:

  • Government bans
  • Natural disasters

Its logistics development is 100% online, this involves participants in general, the public, judges and staff.

The organization will have a private platform and the necessary logistics to transmit the participations to the public live anywhere in the world. The complete championship, that is, performances and ceremonies will also be online.

  • The organization will have juries All Dance specialists of modalities that will judge online.
  • Participants must meet the technological requirements requested by the organization.
  • The organization is not responsible for technological factors of the participant, such as: Internet, device, space and electrical energy (it is the responsibility of the participant).
  • Delivery of prizes and special awards. At the discretion of the organizer, the delivery of prizes and special awards will be coordinated with the participant.

ART.28 SCHEDULE

  • The competition blocks are made up of one or more choreographies registered in the same sub modality, division, level and subdivision.
  • The segmentation blocks or championship order may be by divisions, subdivisions or by modalities and sub modalities.
  • The organization reserves the right to have multiple stages for the development of the current championship.
  • If there are soloist competition blocks with more than 30 choreographies, the competition block will be divided into groups, which will consist of 15 choreographies (the number can change) ordered as group A, group B, group C, etc. Also, the groups will be ordered by the closest age among the dancers within the age range of the division of the competition block or also by gender / sex, determined by the organization.
28.1.1 UNCENSORED SEGMENTS All Dance International will have the option to open an ‘uncensored’ block, where they can submit choreographic proposals without deductions related to inappropriate movements or censored content, without exceeding the sexually explicit. The block will be separated from the usual competition day, the host of the current championship will announce the start of the block and content to be presented, therefore, the directors, choreographers, participants, and the public will be responsible for continuing at the venue.

 IMPORTANT:
  • Dancers under 18 years is mandatory present express authorization from their legal representatives to participate in this block.
  • The choreographies presented in this block will not be considered for the nomination for special mentions.
  • The choreographies presented in this block will only qualify for the SUNDANCEWEEK WORLD FESTIVAL AND CHAMPIONSHIP.
When completing your registration form, indicate to your ADI executive the choreographies that must be presented in this block (check with the organization if the uncensored block will be enabled in the current championship).

The organization will send the preliminary coded program via e-mail to the person responsible for the registration (Legal Guardian or Institution). Likewise, the program must be verified and answered with observations and musical tracks no later than two days after being received.

NOTES:

  • In case that the academy does not send the musical tracks on time and does not verify and test them, the organization will apply a deduction for failure to comply with the regulations if this causes technical sound failures during their presentation. It is mandatory the academies to check that their musical track does not exceed the allowed time, not contain inappropriate content and others.
  • If the observations are not sent, the organization will not be responsible for any change or error and will not accept any subsequent claim.
IMPORTANT:
The Organization will assign the choreographies to the competition schedule only upon full and/or advance payment of the registration fees, in accordance with the established payment deadline. No refunds will be provided in the event of a NO SHOW.
Competitor registration will take place on the designated day and time set by the Championship organizer. Typically, this occurs one or two days prior to the start of the event.
On registration day, the team director, leader, or representative must arrive at the designated location to complete the registration and receive the event souvenirs listed in the welcome letter.
 

NOTE: On registration day and throughout the championship, each team must have a USB backup of their songs/mixes in MP3 format. They must also have the code assigned by All Dance International. All participants must be supervised and represented at all times during the Championship by an instructor, team leader, or group director.

  • This process may vary depending on the logistical setup of the in-person or hybrid championship.
  • The organization will communicate all event details, including activities, schedules, and locations, through agendas or official announcements.

ART.29 CHAMPIONSHIP EXECUTION

(Based on in-person championship logistics)

Each participant must appear two hours before their performance with their respective bracelet. The bracelet must be worn during the entire Championship process, without exception.

IMPORTANT: The program may be running early or delayed according to the development of the Championship.

NOTE: Participants must arrive to their first performance of the day, with full makeup and hair, wearing their costume.

Extraordinary Biosecurity Measure by Government Ordinances: Each member of All Dance International must enter and remain throughout the tournament with their mask and antibacterial gel. (It is the responsibility of each director, choreographer, dancer, staff and the general public.)

It is the area designated for the dancers before their entrance to the stage. You must show up at least one hour before your performance.

The organization will provide hydration for the participants.

Area destined for make-up and change of wardrobe for dancers who have MORE THAN ONE staging.

Directors, choreographers and dancers are responsible for the appropriate warming of the dancers prior to the performance.

Each participant must be at backstage ten minutes before their presentation. Otherwise, they must wait for the end of the competition block to be called back to their staging. (Applies penalty for late arrival to the stage)

The Championship area will be a minimum of 12 meters wide x 10 meters deep and will have entrance and exit to the sides. The surface will be appropriate for dancing and in the case of stomping dances, the stage will have a floor microphone. Confirm with the organizers the specifications of this area.

If the championship organizer considers it pertinent, there may be moments for open stage for all the dancers. It is expressly forbidden to reserve the stage exclusively for just one school. The open stage is the moment in which all the dancers can simultaneously access the stage to test the floor and learn about the stage conditions.

Entry and exit to the stage may not exceed more than 10 seconds, with the exception of large groups that will have a maximum of 15 seconds. Your performance will be calculated from the first movement or musical sound. If technical failures are found in the audio of the Championship, the participants may appear at the end of the corresponding championship block. Otherwise, the performance will maintain its points (judgment). Each staging must have a backup of its musical tracks during the days of the Championship.

It is considered NO SHOW to all participants that did not present their stagings.

For reasons of force majeure, the organization reserves the right to make changes to the program without prior notice.

The organization will disqualify the participating choreography that is not present in backstage at the time of their call to the staging, according to the order of the program. They will be able to perform upon arrival and their scores will not be taken into account for the ranking and award of the championship.

For exclusive reasons (change of costumes, makeup, etc.), All Dance International will make an exception for the dancer or dancers who have a performance following another (maximum three choreographies). The organization will grant six extra minutes for solos, duets and trios and 12 extra minutes for groups. Likewise, the organization reserves the right to reschedule the performance.

NOTE: If despite the extra time provided, the dancer or dancers are not ready to be called for the staging, they will be penalized as LATE ARRIVAL TO THE STAGE.

RULE OF EXTRAORDINARY EXCEPTION DUE TO FORTUITE CAUSES OR FORCE MAJEURE

The organization has the power to reevaluate the rules and requirements for holding the championship, as well as reevaluate the requirements for nominations for special awards.
